These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DeepFinery application, platform, and related services operated by DeepFinery.
By accessing or using the DeepFinery application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
1. Definitions
“DeepFinery”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the company operating the DeepFinery application.
“Application” refers to the DeepFinery software, platform, APIs, user interfaces, and related services.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Application.
“Content” refers to any data, text, rules, configurations, files, prompts, outputs, or other materials provided, uploaded, generated, or processed through the Application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Application.
If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Use of the Application
You may use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Application in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Application
- Use the Application to generate or deploy harmful, illegal, or deceptive systems
- Misrepresent outputs as guaranteed, certified, or legally binding decisions
DeepFinery reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
4. Nature of the Service
DeepFinery provides tools for neuro symbolic AI, rule driven intelligence, data processing, model training, and AI assisted decision support.
The Application does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Outputs generated by the Application are informational and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in real world decisions.
You are solely responsible for how outputs are interpreted, validated, and deployed.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any Content you upload or provide to the Application.
By using the Application, you grant DeepFinery a limited, non exclusive, and revocable license to process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
DeepFinery does not claim ownership of your proprietary data, rules, or models.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and upload any Content and that it does not violate third party rights.
6. AI Outputs and Limitations
AI generated outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate.
DeepFinery makes no guarantee that outputs will be correct, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You agree that all AI outputs must be independently reviewed and validated before being relied upon in production, operational, or regulated environments.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to DeepFinery.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application.
8. Confidentiality
Any non public information disclosed by DeepFinery is considered confidential and must not be shared without prior written consent.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained without breach of these Terms.
9. Service Availability
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
DeepFinery does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
DeepFinery’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Application during the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepFinery from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or misuse of AI outputs.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time.
DeepFinery may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Application in a manner that poses legal, security, or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ends.
13. Changes to These Terms
DeepFinery may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeepFinery is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
